The existing control mechanisms at the network nodes have a good active and very effective at each local router, but they do not still strong enough to control nonlinear and dynamical behaviour of the network. control methods to control network congestion in nonlinear network. To solve this problem, we propose a solution combined fuzzy reasoning with neural network control put on active queue management mechanisms at the network nodes
